Do you have evidence or proof to back up the lack of ROI on minisites? I personally have had success with mini-sites I have helped plan and code with slightly above average and in one case very excellent conversion & approval rates.

I'm not sure how ignoring the market is helping to save/preserve the market. I assume the subtext of this article is "Don't market to children!", but as we all know, if responsible parties ignore a situation, irresponsible ones will surely move in and exploit it, often with long-term damages.

@Paul - you're right. It seems its getting harder and harder for politicians these days to just have affairs and screw up like the rest of us. Writing this now - a month later, it seems ad if Dave is fine, and his relationship may be fine, and the american public is fine, and it turns out no one REALLY cares about affairs all that much! At last we're just like France!

Letterman is fine; he never was the “Family Values” type. Yes, he probably cheated on his girlfriend now wife. But at least he does go around claiming he is Mr. “Family Values” like some of our politicians (can you just see the grin on all “Fake News” reporters/commentators and Palin's fringe). This has been a tough summer, for Dave, for our economy but at least he did not end up on the “Republican 2009 Summer of Love” list: Assemblyman, Michael D. Duvall (CA), Senator John Ensign (NV), Senator Paul Stanley (TN), Governor Mark Stanford (SC), Board of Ed Chair, and Kristin Maguire AKA Bridget Keeney (SC).
